More rereading happened lately, I guess nobody is surprised by that any longer. This time I reread four contemporary sports romances, two books by Bella Andre and two books by Jill Shalvis. All four books will stay on my shelves because I still enjoy reading them.
Slow Heat + Double Play - Jill Shalvis
These books are entertaining, light-hearted, a bit sexy and a whole lot of fun. If you like romances and want to have a good time, then these two books could be a good choice. Jill Shelves makes it easy to believe in her characters, to like them. Plus her writing style has a nice flow to it.
Both books may not have changed my world and they aren't perfect, but they gave me some good entertainment, exactly what I wanted from them. Unfortunately there are only these two book in this series, I would have been interested in more.
Btw, my Mac is constantly correcting Shalvis into Shelves. At least it's something related to books. :)
Game for Seduction + Game for Anything - Bella Andre
What I said about the books by Jill Shalvis is also true for the books by Bella Andre, however her stories are steamier, nothing I'm going to complain about. ;) Fans of contemporary romances with sports elements should enjoy both books, they may not have the ability to change lifes, but they make you smile and enjoy your time.
Once again these two books are the only ones in this series, and once again I would have liked to have more books to read.
