I'm reading next ... and you? #4

Mistborn - Brandon Sanderson

fantasy
This first book in a series comes highly recommended and it sounds like a very interesting, messed-up plot.

Saving CeeCee Honeycutt - Beth Hoffman

fiction
A young girl, tragedy and a new home. I bought this book after getting the recommendation in my "Recommend it - with ..." feature (see the post here).

The Magician's apprentice - Trudi Canavan

fantasy
Magic, a young woman, an evil magician and Trudi Canavan's great world building- that's all I need.

The Ladies of Grace Adieu - Susanna Clarke

fiction
I loved Clarke's writing style in "Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell" and I'm excited to read more by her.

A tale of a time city - Diana Wynne Jones

fantasy
Time-travelling and saving the world, plus I heard a lot of great things about the author. That's all I need to know to give this book a chance.

Dragon's Moon - Lucy Monroe

paranormal, historical romance, Children of the Moon #4
I have enjoyed all books in this series with shape-shifters and hope that this will be another good book.

What are you reading now and next?

  4. I love your pictures too and this cover ensemble is really pretty.
This week I'm reading the german version of 'Phoenix rising - A Ministry of Peculiar Occurences Novel' but have trouble to connect to the story so I've started an hour ago 'The Legacy' from Gemma Malley (3rd book of The Declaration series). I really love her writing style...
    Happy reading:)

    1. I think the book looks so big because the format of it is rather small.
