The candy thief question is something my sis, my mom and I like to discuss at home. But we just don't know who to pick! So I want to hear your thoughts on it.

Great questions! I have no idea who that candy thief is! I'll just close my eyes and pick one: Peabody. She has legit reasons to be in Eve's office.
ReplyDeleteI love Galahad, he does offer Eve comfort, and is a good distraction when needed. But I rather not have such a large cat sleeping on my backside.
My fav secondary characters? Mavis and Nadine. They are just good friends.
I also thought Peabody at first, but I just can't see her sneaking around in Eve's office.
DeleteAnd of course I also love Galahad, he has already saved Eve's life twice and is so wonderful stubborn. We have four cats at home, so I just have to love him.
I love Charles, he is so charming and I love how he cares about his friends. But I also love all the other characters, picking just one seems not fair. :)
I'm pretty clueless about the candy thief as well. I mean who would be courageous/stupid/suicidal enough to steal from Eve? I really don't know. But logically the only one who wouldn't attract too much attention by regularly entering Eve's office is Peabody, but I still don't see her as the candy thief. Unfortunately I think that's one secret J.D.Robb will never tell.
ReplyDeleteI think Galahad is cute, but to be honest I don't pay very much attention to him.
My favorite secondary characters are Baxter, Trueheart and Morris. I love them. Baxter's love for Trueheart is just adorable, only topped by the adorableness of Trueheart himself. ^.^ Morris is just... Morris. I love him! His conversations with Eve about standing for the victims are so powerful and touching. And I think it's hilarious that everyone seems to have a bit of a crush on him. But that's understandable. ;)
I do adore Peabody, Mavis, Dr. Mira and Charles as well, though. You are right. There are just so many awesome characters. For me they are the second best thing (after Eve&Roarke) in the series.
Ditto, I can't imagine Peabody being the candy thief, she would die from nervousness every time she sneaked into Eve's room.
DeleteBaxter & Truehart are a great team, I like how they make sure that the other is alright. And of course I also love Morris, it was so sad when his girlfriend was killed.
