Fav books of the week - cozy peacocks :)

This week my favourite book of the week is a cozy mystery and it's the first book in the Meg Langslow series. "Murder with Peacocks" is a book full of charmingly crazy characters that brought me a lot of fun and made me excited for more.

This week started with three books I did not finish, but thank goodness it didn't continue this way. Besides "Murder with Peacocks" I read eight more books. Two of these eight books are books I would also recommend to other readers. They are "Chaos in Death", this is a novella by J.D. Robb, and "A Winter Scandal" by Candace Camp, this is a historical romance.

Next week I have some extra free time and I plan to do a lot of reading, let's hope that I will like most of the books I picked from my TBR pile.

What is your favourite book of the week?

  2. The Meg Langslow series is one of my favourite series as it's laugh-out-loud funny! My favourite book of the week? Gosh, I read so many great books I really cannot choose. Well, Crucible of Gold by Naomi Novik and Where Shadows Dance by C.S. Harris. Both awesome series!

    1. The first book in the Meg Langslow series made me LOL on the first seven pages, I loved that about the book. I don't know the other two books you mentioned, need to check them out.
