Books of the week #30 - buying books is fun!

A very sunny and warm week is over, I love spring! This week I once again bought more books than I planned to, but I'm not overly annoyed by it. Buying books is something I never feel guilty about.

New books I got this week (all bought)
Pride & Prejudice, Sense & Sensibility - Jane Austen, both from Sterling
The sweet scent of blood - Suzanne McLeod, thanks Aurian for the recommendation
Tangled - Erica O'Rourke
Becoming Scarlett - Ciara Geragthy
The catastrophic history of you and me - Jess Rothenberg
Radiate - Marley Gibson
Grave Mercy - Robin LaFevers
Born in trilogy - Nora Roberts

Reading right now
Saturday's Child - Betty Neels
The statistical porbability of love at first sight - Jennifer E. Smith
Runemarks - Joanna Harris

Reading next week
If books could kill - Katie Carlisle
A Valentines kiss - Lucie Hart

Have a great new week and happy reading!

  1. Oh, I sure love to watch your book shopping adventures :-D and yes, my own little book buying ban is still going strong! In fact my wishlist isn't really growing much either, because I fear if I put too many books on it I'll go into a book ordering overkill on July 1st, hahaha!

  2. I love those Sterling covers. Thanks for bringing them to my attention. Perhaps, I should replace my old copies.

    1. That's exactly what I did, I think having several copies of classics is always a good idea.

  6. Thank you so much for picking up my new book RADIATE! I hope you enjoy it and I look forward to your review. This book is part of me as it's a fictionalized version of what I went through as a teenage cheerleader with cancer. Please let me know what you think...and check out the book trailer at www.radiatebook.com

    All the best,
    Marley Gibson = )
